Arkadeep Banerjee is a Senior Data Scientist at Intuit with over 8 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions across various domains, including FinTech, Retail, Pharma, and Manufacturing. He is a skilled mentor and advisor in Data Science, with a focus on researching novel AI approaches and promoting reusable Data Science approaches for accelerated on-boarding of future use cases. At Intuit, Arkadeep is responsible for designing and analyzing Data Science approaches and developing solutions that have domain-wide impacts and create durable advantages for the organization. He has received the Intuit SuperStar Award for Q3-Q4, FY 2021 for his contributions. Prior to joining Intuit, Arkadeep worked at Wipro's Advanced Analytics Lab, where he led a team of 4 members to deliver ML-based Pricing Analytics Solutions for a US Retail Major, overseeing a portfolio of over US$ 35 Billion in product sales. He also led Solutions Incubator under the Innovation Charter at Wipro for developing novel approaches to address upcoming challenges and requirements in Data Science and ML Engineering. He was felicitated 2X by the Vice President and Global Head of the Wipro Analytics Practice for his contributions. Arkadeep has also worked on several commercial manufacturing projects as well as specialized projects for the Indian Army during his stint with TIL Ltd, involving optimization of Crane Structures and Load Lifting Capability. In addition to his professional experience, Arkadeep is passionate about mentoring Data Science aspirants for structured upskilling and career counseling. He has keen interests in Natural Language Processing, Explainable AI, Private AI, Reinforcement Learning, Knowledge Graph and Graph ML, and Evolutionary Algorithms. Arkadeep holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Jadavpur University.
