Prior to his current role, Arkam worked as a Point of Contact (India) at Sun Software Inc, where he was responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. He also worked as a Digital Marketer at Google, where he gained valuable experience in online advertising and marketing strategies. Arkam holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Saboo Siddik Polytechnic, where he graduated in 2018. During his time at the institution, he developed a strong foundation in computer science and gained hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java and Python.
