Arko Chatterjee is a Senior Software Engineer with 3.36 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Head of Engineering at GAIUS Networks, a startup at NYU - Courant Institute, where he leads the engineering team to empower the next 3 billion mobile users to interact, transact and monetize with local content and communities. Arko is passionate about new technologies and frameworks and loves to fiddle with them. He also participates (and wins) in Hackathons and mentors young developers. When he is not working, he tries to learn and understand the math behind AI. Arko has previously worked at GAIUS Networks as a Full Stack Engineer, where he developed and managed core services of GAIUS, including Content Management System, Community and GAIUS Classrooms. He has experience in Django, Flask, Python, API, SQL, and PhpMyAdmin. Arko has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University and completed his High School education in Science and Computer Science from Don Bosco School, Park Circus, Kolkata.
