Arlindo Lima is a Cloud Product Manager and Product Owner at Tricentis, a leading continuous testing platform recognized by Gartner and Forrester. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Arlindo is responsible for the evolution of Tricentis' flagship product, Tosca, to the cloud. He manages an agile team, prioritizes market and customer needs, and ensures the team's sprints translate the product vision and strategy into a powerful and secure cloud platform with engaging UX, robust APIs, and cutting-edge automation. Arlindo's expertise in product management, testing, mobile, SDET, and web development has helped Tricentis' 600+ customers, including Fortune Global 500 companies like Exxon Mobil, Toyota, Allianz, and Starbucks, accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Tricentis, Arlindo worked as a Product Manager at OutSystems, a fast-growing cloud software company that offers a low-code platform for rapid enterprise mobile and web application development. He was one of the earliest members of the Product Management team and helped transform the product from server software into a leading cloud platform. Arlindo's responsibilities included coordinating and leading distributed teams on multiple product releases, beta programs, and versions' end of life, conducting competitive analysis, designing product demos, supporting and training marketing, sales, pre-sales, and channel partners, turning customer feedback into action, developing technical alliances, establishing processes to lead PM to a more strategic role, and interacting with key analysts like Gartner and Forrester, helping OutSystems become a leader and visionary in five different Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves. Arlindo holds a Postgraduation in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa - FCT NOVA. In addition to his professional experience, Arlindo has traveled around the world for one and a half years, expanding his worldview, volunteering, and focusing on personal development.
