Prior to his current role, Arlo served as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Amazon Marketplace where he led the Web Component Platform team. He also served as a Senior Frontend Engineer for Amazon Marketplace's Seller Mobile Platform where his team owned the iOS/Android mobile app that helped businesses sell on Amazon. They created frameworks that allowed 1k+ software engineers to create mobile UI in their app, without requiring mobile expertise. Arlo holds an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and a BS in Computer Science from the Universidad Adventista de Las Antillas.
