Arnab Datta is a Software Engineer II at Practo, with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita University. He has 1.69 years of relevant experience in the field. Arnab is currently working on iOS Development in B2C(Healthcare) products using iOS SDK in swift & related requirements and proxy APIs using JS. He has past experience in Back-End Development with some added experiences in Machine Learning. Arnab is a tech enthusiast and always loves to experiment with new tech stacks and contribute to potential products. He believes that a collaborative and open-to-experiment work environment helps him have a denser contribution grid. At Practo, Arnab is responsible for working on ideation and execution of experimental constructs (A/B tests) to assess customer interactions and successfully boost conversions in Practo's consumer side application. He is also working on updating, maintaining & optimizing UI layout accuracy, multiple proxy API services, and tracking service repositories. Additionally, he is mentoring interns/freshers to help them familiarize with the codebase and modules to help them create efficient and impactful features. Arnab is also involved in the interview processes as an interviewer. In his past experiences at Practo, Arnab has worked on implementing, revamping and improving major modules (Customer Feedback, Marketplace, App Home, Health Cash & Coupons, Doctor Registration) to support feature launches, track and compare product progress in consumer side and provider side iOS application. He has also developed reusable and scalable UI components and collections to adapt to interface arrangement. Arnab has also worked as an iOS Developer in the Health App Team as an intern, where he integrated event triggers and loggers to support analytics over consumer-module interactions in Practo’s health application to boost CX. Arnab's tech stack includes Software Engineering, iOS, Swift, Backend, UI, Test, ML, C, CI/CD, Javascript, and Data Science.
