Arnab Pal is a Senior Manager in TB Programs and currently manages the implementation and scale-up of TB programs in India. He has over 13 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, having previously led go-to-market innovations for the India business at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Arnab's expertise lies in creating patient-centric innovations. He co-created and launched Purple Health, an organization-wide platform for patient-centric innovation, which helped create a culture of patient-centricity within marketing teams. He conducted extensive ethnographic research in rural Punjab to understand treatment barriers in Hepatitis C and designed a communication strategy and innovative financing program to accelerate therapy adoption. He also identified and negotiated partnerships with startups across the healthcare spectrum to customize and pilot their solutions for Dr. Reddy's brands. Arnab has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Vishwakarma Institute of Technology. He is proficient in research and mobile technology. Currently, Arnab is working with the Clinton Health Access Initiative as a Manager, where he leads the implementation and scale-up of TB programs in India. In his previous roles at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, he conceptualized and launched the first-ever Chemist Loyalty program in India, resulting in 11% incremental growth through deeper chemist engagement. He also initiated and scaled up patient adherence programs in multiple therapy areas, impacting over 40,000 lives every year while demonstrating 15% incremental adherence and a reduction in patient drop-outs by over 25% in 6 months.
