Arnab Saha is a seasoned Engineering Lead with around 8 years of experience in frontend/UI engineering. He has a proven record of leading cross-functional teams and improving existing systems to deliver high-quality products. Arnab has a strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with expertise in building scalable and performant applications using React and Next.js. Currently, Arnab is working as an Engineering Lead at Unacademy, where he is leading the Project "Compete on web" and has built the game front-end from scratch. He has also led the entire front-end project starting from architecting the UI, execution and code review to end-to-end delivery along with mentoring two junior developers in the team. The technologies used in this project include NextJS, MaterialUI, EmotionUI, Zustand, SWR, NextAuth.js, Firebase, and Framer Motion. In his previous roles at Unacademy, Arnab has also worked as an Engineering Lead for the Project "Nimbus" and "AXL". He has built and architected the complete UI of the CRM tool from scratch and delivered the first version of the product in a very challenging timeline of around 5 months. He has also developed and maintained various payment-related sections of the main website, built "Pitch Assist" - a tool embedded in Leadsquared, and developed many internal sales pages for various payments modes like cash and cheque. Arnab has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. He also holds an ISC (12th Standard) and ICSE (10th Standard) from WWA Cossipore English School. Arnab's technical skills include JavaScript, Frontend, ReactJS, Software Engineer, UI, Web, Test, and Redux. With 7.86 years of relevant experience, Arnab is seeking a challenging role to leverage his technical and leadership skills to drive innovation and growth in web development.
