Arnaud Duvert is a seasoned Senior Business Developer with almost a decade of experience in the real estate and technology industries. Currently, he holds the same position at Habiteo, a company that develops 3D and web technologies for the real estate development industry. Prior to this, he co-founded Brandy App, a mobile app development company that also created two Messenger Bots, Brandy and Janine. He was responsible for the operations, products, content, user interface/experience, design, marketing and communication, websites, SEO, and business development. During his tenure, the company achieved a 5% week organic growth, had 10,000 users among 2200 unique visitors per month, and was featured twice in the Appstore. He was also a finalist in Numa's accelerator (50/1100). His responsibilities included financial structuring, technical, programmatic and budgetary monitoring of operations, preparation of cash flow forecasts and investor financial reporting, organization and management of an asbestos survey mission on an IGH in La Defense, comparison of CPI market work budgets in the context of a builder consultation for the construction of an IGH, and management and monitoring of contracts with various stakeholders in operations such as study offices, architects, lawyers, and others. Arnaud holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Groupe Espi and a Bachelor's degree in Business Development & Finance from Neoma Business School. He also completed an exchange program at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, where he studied Business, Economy, Marketing, and Consumer Behavior.
