Arnav A. is an accomplished Engineering Leader with over 12 years of relevant experience in leading product development, technology architecture, and design for various large organizations in the UK and Ireland. Currently, he works as an Engineering Leader at Myntra, where he owns Tier 1 revenue services. Arnav is passionate about building products and teams that scale, and he has a proven track record of doing so in his previous roles. Arnav has led product development at Talview as Director of Engineering, where he led five teams working on web, Android, and iOS experiences for candidates and recruiters, backend infrastructure for clients, and DevOps and SRE team. He has also led technology and product at a Series A funded Agri-Tech startup called GS FarmTaaza, where he developed and rolled out the storefront software, supply chain systems, and analytics. Arnav's vision was to make it easy for partners to source high-quality fruits and vegetables at scale and empower farmers to get the price they deserve by using technology to source, track, and deliver the produce. In addition to his work experience, Arnav has a Master's degree in Networks and Distributed Systems from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He also completed his high school education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi Public School, Faridabad.
