Arnav Balyan is a Software Engineer at Uber with a passion for Machine Learning. He has a strong background in Computer Science, having completed his B.Tech in the field from NSIT in 2022. With just 0.43 years of relevant experience, Arnav has already made significant contributions to the tech industry. Arnav's interest in Machine Learning led him to work as an ML Researcher at the prestigious MIT Media Lab, Fluid Interfaces Group. During his tenure there, he worked on creating real-time AI-powered Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) for establishing communication with disabled individuals. He also worked as a Visiting Student at MIT, where he gained valuable experience in the field. Before joining MIT, Arnav worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, where he created AI solutions for the detection of looming-based responses in infants using electroencephalogram (EEG) data.
