Arnav Jain is a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with experience in both front-end and back-end development. He is currently working as an SDE Intern at Cisco, where he has been involved in developing a basic firewall that can work on SASE. Arnav has also created a simple-to-use interface and automated the configuration of Cisco switches to allow/deny different IPs to visit some websites. He has also integrated IPsec tunnel and configured ACLs to provide the complete firewall feature. Prior to working at Cisco, Arnav served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus, where he taught Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Principles of Programming Language (POPL). He also made evaluative lab questions for the DSA course and clarified doubts of students. At Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Arnav worked as a Summer Intern, where he designed UI/UX and developed the front-end for a website for teaching 'naYana': an alternate script for phonetic alphabets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Vue.js. Arnav is a graduate of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He also attended Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, where he studied Science. Arnav is proficient in several programming languages, including Javascript, VueJS, and UI. He has 1.28 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer. Arnav is a quick learner and a team player who is passionate about technology and innovation. He is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in his career.
