Arnav Khandekar is a young and ambitious Software Engineer and budding Entrepreneur with a passion for helping people improve their soft skills. Currently, he is working on his startup, SpeakDaily, which is an online platform that helps individuals improve their communication and public speaking skills by talking with experts online. Arnav is a graduate of Indian Institute of Information Technology Nagpur where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering. In 2019, he attended Y Combinator's startup school to gain knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Arnav has 1.86 years of relevant experience, working as an Associate Software Engineer at Lowe's India. Prior to this, he worked as an Engineer Intern at Adafel, where he handled the operations, sales, and marketing part of SpeakDaily. He also worked on developing backend and handling operations of GDBC - Global Decentralised Blockchain Community. Arnav's purpose in life is to help people improve their soft skills so that they can achieve their goals and desires without any obstacles. He is passionate about building confidence in individuals, improving their speaking and people skills, presentation skills, and finding their passion. Working on his startup, Arnav has learned interpersonal skills, sales and digital marketing, dealing with failure and criticism, improved his leadership and speaking skills, and gained knowledge of the basics of business and finances. He also found ways to earn money to fund his startup without taking money from home. Arnav is a go-getter who is not afraid to take risks and learn from his failures.
