Arnav Saha is an Assistant Service Manager at Schindler with a passion for technology and sales. He is currently piloting a regional sales role at Schindler, where he works with service teams across branch offices to improve portfolio yield. Arnav counts being open to feedback, focusing on what really matters, and being kind to himself as his inner wins so far with this stint, which has reflected in a business turnaround. Prior to this, Arnav enjoyed working with Searce in Software/SaaS sales, where the initial seeds for experimentation and business development were sown in him. Arnav is a tech enthusiast at heart and a sales guy at head. He has a proven track record of achieving quarterly targets and onboarding India's Largest EdTech Unicorn. Post JAS Quarter, he was internally promoted within the practice to lead the Google Workspace business for South India, reporting directly to the India Business Lead. Arnav took ownership of New Logo Acquisition Sales (NANB) and drove end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting, lead generation, qualification, proof-of-concept (POC), solution definition, product demos, negotiating pricing, and closing. Arnav is a Bachelor of Technology graduate from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. He has also completed his 12th from The Vellammal International School and his 10th from Sherwood School. Arnav is a Senior Software Engineer with 3.11 years of relevant experience. Arnav is a well-travelled individual and considers time off from work as productive. He has a new-found love for cooking, spirituality, and exploring foreign cultures.
