Arnav Sharma is a Co-founder and CTO of Enterpret, a company that focuses on customer feedback analysis across all channels. With over 2.69 years of relevant experience in the tech industry, Arnav has honed his skills in software engineering and Golang programming. Previously, Arnav worked at Uber as a Senior Software Engineer and was one of the leads of the Revenue Computation Platform team. He was directly responsible for revenue computation for lines of business such as Ridesharing, EATS, and Subscription Pass. His responsibilities included contributing to planning, processes, technical architecture, implementation, data accuracy, system efficiency, and enabling other engineers. Arnav also collaborated with teams in Uber whose services directly impacted or were impacted by RCP. He mentored junior engineers by sharing business and technical knowledge and conducted Golang technical education sessions for new hires. Arnav also contributed to site expansion efforts by taking interviews. Arnav holds a Master's degree in Computational Linguistics (by Research) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT). He also has a High School degree from DPS Jalandhar. Arnav's educational background has equipped him with the skills to analyze customer feedback and create solutions that meet their needs.
