Arpan is passionate about providing technical consultation to startups for their innovations. He has published two research papers in the NLP domain at IEEE conferences. Currently, Arpan works as a Machine Learning Engineer in the Data Engineering Department at Hitch Works, Inc. He has contributed to building algorithms that help companies become more inclusive, adaptive, and innovative by connecting the right talent with the right tasks based on skills, experiences, and career aspirations. Arpan has also worked as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Brainentech Neuroscience, where he developed a real-time AI-API to aid cognitive computing of human speech. He has also contributed to NLP research on unstructured text analysis and algorithm training in unbalanced data, resulting in a research paper that is about to be published next year. Arpan has also worked as a Cyber Security Consultant at PwC and has participated in many CTFs. Arpan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PES University. He is due to complete his Master's degree from New York University in 2023.
