Arpan Jokhakar is an experienced senior software engineer with over 8 years of experience in backend development using Node JS, JavaScript, and Express JS. He is also a certified AWS SAA-C02 professional with 3+ years of experience in AWS services. Arpan has a good understanding of microservice and serverless architecture and its design patterns like CQRS and event sourcing. He has also worked on frontend development using the Angular framework. Arpan is currently working as a Full Stack Consultant at Dynamic Elements Technologies, where he manages various phases of modules in the product from preparing technical documentation to deploying the working module in the development environment. He has implemented REST APIs with serverless architecture using AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda, and Aurora serverless. He has also designed and developed loosely coupled modules using SQS as a message service and SNS as a message broker, implemented CQRS pattern to separate read and write operations, and designed database schema and Redis data structure. Arpan is also responsible for R&D for the new requirements. In his previous role as a Module Lead at i-link infosoft consultants, Arpan led a team of 4 developers to design, develop and deliver an end-to-end enterprise-level SaaS solution. He communicated with the client team to understand new requirements and handle day-to-day customer support. He also worked with the Development and Operations team for continuous integration and delivery, setting up cloud app instances on Google cloud and on-premises Kubernetes. Arpan was involved in migrating the monolithic app to microservice architecture using the Express framework and Apache Kafka and migrating C# web APIs to NodeJS REST APIs. Arpan holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Business Management and Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Bholabhai Patel College of Computer Studies. He has a strong understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, Redis, and ElasticSearch and has experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Kafka, integration, and web technologies.
