Arpan Kushwaha is an experienced software engineer with a passion for data engineering and artificial intelligence. Arpan is a two-time GCP certified professional who excels in developing and implementing efficient and scalable data engineering solutions. Currently working as an Associate Consultant (Data Engineer) at Persistent Systems, Arpan is responsible for implementing change data capture (CDC) using DataStream to track changes from MySQL server and update into BigQuery using DataFlow. He has also developed analytics dashboards using Looker and scheduled Dataflow jobs to pull data from Salesforce to BigQuery via Cloud Composer. Arpan has leveraged his Python and GCP knowledge to mentor freshers and assist in the hiring/interview process. Prior to joining Persistent Systems, Arpan worked as a Software Engineer at Searce Inc, where he built backend APIs for the Document Understanding product Recognic. He has experience working with GCP services and acted as the primary customer engineer for a key insurance client. Arpan created real-time API monitoring analytics using BigQuery and Data Studio and delivered POCs for two major insurance clients. He also implemented changes in the existing flow to reduce API time consumption and cost by 5-10%. Arpan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from MIT College of Engineering.
