Arpan Nagdeve is an experienced Product Manager with over 13 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. Currently working at Zendesk as a Product Manager, Arpan is leading the standalone chat product integration with the omnichannel product. Prior to joining Zendesk, Arpan has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry including OYO and Snapdeal. At OYO, he served as AVP - Product Management (Consumer Product) where he was responsible for defining the product roadmap for the Mobile (Apps) and Web platforms. He led several growth initiatives such as app referral product rework, which resulted in 4X growth in daily referral installs and incremental GMV of 3 Cr on the monthly level. He also launched the Hotel Rating feature which led to an incremental lift of 1.2% in booking conversion. Additionally, he integrated WhatsApp into the platform which resulted in cost savings of Rs. 18K on the daily level. Prior to OYO, Arpan worked as Product Head - Times Prime at Times Internet where he was responsible for managing the product. Arpan holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. He also completed his 10+2 from Kendriya Vidyalaya in PCM. Arpan's expertise lies in product management, integration, mobile, and web technologies.
