Arpit Bhatia is a highly motivated and accomplished MSc+PhD student in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at the University of Copenhagen. With a strong background in computer science and applied mathematics, Arpit has gained valuable experience in the field of user experience research and has worked with a variety of companies and organizations. Currently, Arpit is working as a Teaching Assistant at it-universitetet i københavn. In this role, he is responsible for assisting professors with course preparation, grading assignments, and conducting tutorials for undergraduate students. Prior to this, Arpit worked as an Associate User Experience Researcher at MathWorks, where he gained valuable experience in conducting user research, designing experiments, and analyzing data. Arpit's passion for research and innovation led him to work as an Undergraduate Researcher at Living Lab, IIIT Delhi. Here, he worked on JuMP, a modeling language for mathematical optimization embedded in Julia. His responsibilities included creating tutorials, implementing example use cases, updating old code, and writing tests. This experience helped him develop strong skills in coding, data analysis, and project management. Arpit's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from IIIT Delhi, and he is currently pursuing an Integrated MSc+PhD in Computer Science (Human Centered Computing) from the University of Copenhagen. He also holds a High School degree from Delhi Public School Rohini, where he achieved an impressive 95.2%. Arpit's technical skills include research, data analysis, coding, and project management. He is an excellent problem solver and has a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. With 1.10 years of relevant experience, Arpit is highly motivated to continue his career in research and innovation, and is committed to making a positive impact in the field of Human-Computer Interaction.
