Arpit also developed a Pure Cloud dialer messaging service using spring, based on Microservice architecture and integrated it with Dynamo DB, Elasticsearch, and Redis. He was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of PureCloud by Genesys using HTML, CSS, Knockout.js, and Ember.js, and simultaneously using the Jasmine framework for unit testing. Arpit also developed an API watcher Alexa skill for monitoring dialer application APIs as part of Hackathon 2019. Arpit has also worked as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, where he was responsible for teaching a class of 60 students about topics and DevOps tools related to Distributed Systems like Docker, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, Kubernetes. He was also responsible for grading projects based on microservice architecture and DevOps principles of continuous integration
