Before co-founding Smartstaff, Arpit worked as a Group Product Manager at Booking.com, where he gained extensive experience in product management. He then joined Zomato, where he served as Vice President of Product and led the driver and merchant product platform for Zomato's online ordering business. Arpit completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT in 2013. His educational background and extensive experience in product management have helped him in building Smartstaff, which is now focused on the Manufacturing and Warehousing industry in India, employing over 100 million workers earning $1-2 an hour.
