Arpit Goliya is a highly experienced technologist with over 15 years of experience leading large cross-functional and cross-geography teams. He is currently working as an angel investor, investing in companies in content creation, ed tech, and crypto/web3 domain, including fintech. Arpit is also open to investing in clean energy, sustainable fashion, quantum computing, genetics, and any SaaS-based start-up. Arpit has worked with Algoworks, where he led technology and business strategy teams for Mobility & Cloud Solutions for all regions (APAC/EMEA/LAD/NA). He also headed Emerging Technology Research, General R & D, PMO Practice, Mobility & Cloud Solutions Practice, Dev Ops Practice, Blockchain Practice, Web3, Metaverse & ML/Data Science Practice teams. Arpit is a consultant who advises clients on competitive market analysis, defining MVPs, product ideation, product monetization, and go-live strategies. Arpit is interested in early-stage investments in startups in sustainable fashion, clean energy, people tech (health & wellness, leisure, jobs & personal growth), web3, media tech/content creation, legal tech, and ed-tech. He believes in contributing back to society and has set his goals for social work in five broad areas. Arpit is interested in working with people who want to contribute towards the same goals. Apart from work, Arpit likes to read, blog, and travel. He has a degree in B.E (Hons.) in Computer Science from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, and a Senior Management Programme (SMP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Arpit is a seasoned technologist with expertise in Senior Software Engineer, Web3, Blockchain, DevOps, ML, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, and Software Engineer. Arpit's past experiences include working with i've been vetted as Advisory CTO, where he provided CTO consulting in platform, security, architecture, and open API. He also worked with Algoworks as Global Head - Mobility & Cloud Solutions, where he was responsible for P&L, CTO/CXO consulting, identifying emerging and future digital trends, product development initiatives, creating and scaling partnerships, collaborating with marketing, finance, sales, and operations, introducing best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and coding standards, and mentoring team members.
