Arpit Goyal is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, with almost a decade of experience in the field of software engineering and research. He is a highly skilled individual who has worked on a variety of projects in the past, including his time as a Summer Research Intern in the UCLA IPAM RIPS program, where he worked on a mathematical problem given by Google. Arpit was part of a team of four that devised new efficient and fast algorithms to compare similarity between any two topics extracted after Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). He created two new and innovative algorithms, SARAL and topo-SARAL, which compares two topics in a language model based on semantics. He also designed an algorithm, inter-SARAL, which compares two topics in two different languages. Arpit has also worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce. Currently, Arpit is working at Google as a Senior Software Engineer. He is responsible for engineering and developing software that is used by millions of people around the world. Arpit is also involved in the development of new technologies and products that are aimed at improving people's lives. Arpit is an expert in software engineering, research, and mobile development. He has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) and a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
