Arpit has worked across different features and is responsible for developing end-to-end features on many modules and scaling them. He has a passion for solving problems, understanding consumer psychology and behavior, and bringing synergy to teams to build and ship products at an insane velocity. Before joining PharmEasy, Arpit worked with CenturyLink as a software engineer, where he contributed to the scaling of a ticketing system that handles customer help desk and queries being raised inside the enterprise. He has also worked with Prime Focus Technologies for developing and mounting ERP-based applications on the core product. Arpit loves products and always thinks about improving them. He is a voracious reader and an explorer with a keen interest in technologies, capital markets, and businesses. Arpit is a sports enthusiast and a regional-level athlete who has represented the state and university teams in football. He is also a social activist and has worked with Pranyas Development Foundation in the past. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Ghasidas University. He also has a concentration in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from St. Joseph's School Khorabar Gorakhpur. Currently, Arpit is working towards the objective of enhancing the consumer experience at PharmEasy. He has developed a communication module for updating customers about their order cycle, and other features include tracking and logging of events and data that could be used for data mining.
