He is currently serving as the Director of Partner Success and Operations at Delivery Hero, a leading food delivery company. In this role, Arpit is responsible for driving the company's partner success strategy and ensuring seamless operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Prior to his current role, Arpit has worked with some of the top companies in the industry, including L&T and McKinsey. As a Senior Account Director at L&T, he helped clients drive digital transformation aligned with their business strategies across various topics such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Automation, IOT, Digital Experience, and Digital Integration. At McKinsey, he served as an Engagement Manager, where he worked with CXOs of multiple organizations on various topics such as new business launch, driving operational transformations, and productivity improvements in existing businesses. He also helped organizations with their digital strategy and implementation, driving change management in organizations to bring alignment at CXO levels. Arpit holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and ESCP Europe, along with a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur. He also has additional education experience from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
