Arpit Pathak is a highly skilled and enthusiastic Backend Engineer with a strong background in Back-end frameworks, Linux, Distributed Systems, and problem solving. He has a great passion for programming and is proficient in Python, JavaScript, and C++. With a good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, Arpit is always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies. Currently working as a Product Engineer at White Panda, Arpit is responsible for managing the entire workflow of development from planning to testing to deployment. He has architected and developed multiple core components from scratch, including an end-to-end payment module using Stripe and Razorpay, a File-upload pipeline for scalable file uploads, and a chat module from scratch which supports both private and group conversations. Arpit has also implemented a Statistical Ranking Algorithm which powers the content feed of the platform and added a caching layer in front of MongoDB using Redis for the chat module. He has set up a CI/CD development pipeline using AWS CodeDeploy and Github Actions, and implemented a queue using AWS SQS for asynchronous handling of ’notification messages’. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, where he graduated in 2020. He has a relevant experience of 2.86 years and is proficient in a wide range of tech stack, including Backend, Software Engineer, AWS, Javascript, Python, Redis, MongoDB, CI/CD, test, Docker, MySQL, and Kafka. Arpit is a quick learner and always strives for excellence in his work. He is a great team player and is always ready to take on new challenges.
