Arpit Sharma is a highly skilled software engineer with 3 years of professional experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various roles including Project Manager, Team Leader, Tech Lead, and Content Manager before starting his full-time career. He practices it on a personal project called "Downbeat," which is a Mental Health Support Group started with the belief that every single one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of a community. Currently, Arpit is working as a Full Stack Consultant at mtx group, where he is responsible for writing scalable and maintainable code, developing applications on the Google cloud platform/AWS, collaborating with other departments involved in the software development life cycle, and working as Delivery Lead and managing a team of 4+ members.
