He is currently the Head of Technology at House of Beauty, where he has complete ownership of the technology stack of the e-commerce business. Arpit has a proven track record of implementing an e-commerce platform with an omni-channel retailing approach from scratch. He manages a team of Android, iOS, Web, Server, and IT infra professionals and has done 50+ enterprise-level integrations. Arpit is an e-commerce specialist with expertise in web and mobile (Android and iOS) based product development. He is well-versed in AWS, Blockchain, AI, ML, Python, Java, PHP, Frontend, MySQL, CI/CD, Big Data, NoSQL, MongoDB, DevOps, GCP, UI, Backend, and Senior Software Engineering. He is also a software engineer, product manager, and research scientist. Arpit has a hands-on approach to his work and is responsible for testing and release management, managing the product development life cycle, fixing bugs and technical issues, planning future development, maintaining speed, performance, and cost of the application, vendor management, technical process and documentation, optimizing and managing code, and resolving problems with the help of technology and developing high-value solutions to the market. Before joining House of Beauty, Arpit was the Head of Information Technology at Caring with Colour - a Manasi Kirloskar Initiative, and a Technology Manager at Spencer's Retail. Arpit is a self-motivated individual who is always willing to learn new technologies and apply them to his work.
