Arpit Srivastava is a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the field of automation testing. He is proficient in a wide range of automation tools and programming languages, including WebdriverIO, Cypress, Protractor, Jmeter, Puppeteer, REST Assured, TestComplete (JavaScript), Selenium (Java+Python), and more. He has extensive experience in Desktop/Windows App Automation, Postman Automation, and API Testing, with expertise in REST Assured, TestComplete with JavaScript & C# Script, Selenium Webdriver, Walrus.ai, and Postman with Javascript. Arpit has worked with a variety of servers, including Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Linux/Unix, and MS Server. He is well-versed in using IDEs such as SmartBear TestComplete, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Pycharm, and Microsoft Visual Studio Code. He has experience working with version control tools like SVN and Git and other technologies such as Jenkins, JIRA, Putty, WinHcp, IBM Jazz, and VSTS. Currently working at dun & bradstreet as a Senior QA Engineer, Arpit is involved in a migration of Monolithic service to Microservices Architecture of REST calls, automating REST API's on Microservices model in REST Assured/BDD and serenity framework. He has also handled OAuth2.0 Authentication and correlation in API's and automated Postman Automation with parameterization of env(STG or QA) and running through Jenkins using Newman CLI, testing 100+ API's in an Automated postman collection. Arpit has worked with several companies in the past, including Amphora and Carrier, where he gained experience in Desktop App Automation with TestComplete with C# Script (Internally JavaScript) and BDD, and IoT devices Simulator in Python (Azure IoT SDK), respectively. He has also created artificial load by mocking several devices in IoT hub through Simulator, tested Javascript and Angular based application in Protractor/Nightwatch/Mocha frameworks, and performed Performance Testing of API's using Jmeter (Assertions, correlation, Beanshell scripting). Arpit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Piping Design and Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
