Arpit is an experienced full-stack developer with a passion for creating modern SPA (Web applications). He is currently working as a Software Engineer 2A at Ciena, where he is designing and developing advanced UI components that are highly customizable and reusable. Arpit has also designed a general-purpose UI library that can be used by different products. Arpit has a strong interest in developer relations, software design and architecture, and learning depth concepts of UI / Backend Frameworks. He has worked with Java, Spring, and AngularJS, and has experience in software testing and infrastructure. Before joining Ciena, Arpit worked as a Software Developer at DBS Bank, where he developed large-scale web applications using Spring Boot and Angular2+. He also formulated plans and implemented them via innovation tracks, deployed and tested applications in different environments, and delivered sessions to peers and freshers on full-stack technology. Arpit also visited Singapore to gather domain and business knowledge/requirements. Arpit has also worked as a Software Engineer at Alacriti, where he played a key role in designing and developing banking applications that resulted in successful products. He formulated and implemented plans for the development of large-scale web applications, performed all testing and troubleshooting methods using automation testing, and wrote test cases so that the application could be tested in a legitimate environment. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University. He also completed his senior secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from St. Paul's Senior Secondary School and his higher secondary education in Science from St. Francis High School. Overall, Arpit has 6.45 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on UI and web development.
