Arpith Ashok is a passionate engineer turned recruiter with a knack for building dream teams. He is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Razorpay, India's first full-stack financial solutions company. Arpith's areas of interest include Talent Mapping, Headhunting, Technical hiring, Leadership Hiring, and Niche Hiring. He loves meeting new people, building connections, and matching the right talent to the right opportunity. Arpith has a diverse set of hobbies, including baking, biking, maintaining and modifying vintage cars, and playing the keyboard. He is also a foodie and coffee lover who enjoys exploring new cuisines. Prior to joining Razorpay, Arpith worked as an Assistant Manager for HR & Operations at Atlantis, a company dedicated to building banking, credit, data, and financial infrastructure for consumers and SMBs in India and Southeast Asia. He was also a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HackerEarth, a Talent assessment platform that helps enterprises hire the right technical talent by in-depth assessment of their coding skills. Arpith holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science/Studies from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology. He also completed his PUC from PES and his 10th from Bishop Cotton Boys' School, both in Science. Arpith has 6.69 years of relevant experience and is skilled in infra and research science. He is a disruptor in the digital payments space and has a vision to power the financial ecosystem for other disruptors.
