Arpitha Haran is a seasoned HR Business Partner with over 16 years of experience in the HR industry. She has a strong background in leveraging technology in HR and has worked in various areas such as HR strategy, talent management, career and performance management, talent acquisition, and total rewards. Arpitha has had the opportunity to work with organizations that have rich people practices and has been part of the journey of strengthening them further. Arpitha has a keen interest in setting up HR practices and policies from scratch, collaborating with technical teams to create products for HR, making HR nimble by leveraging on agile practices, working with global counterparts, and bringing diversity perspective. She has elevated the HR business partner role to be a key contributor to the growth of the organization. Currently, Arpitha works as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Whatfix. Prior to this, she worked as the Chief People Officer at Moonraft Innovation Labs and Associate Vice President - Sr. HR Business Partner at Societe Generale. At Societe Generale, Arpitha played a strategic role by being an HR advisor to the business, driving succession planning of senior leadership and key resources, and formulating and delivering unified HR processes across SG's business units and geographical entities. Arpitha has worked on several projects, including driving a project around HR Analytics by leveraging Data analytics and Visualization techniques to build a robust Early Warning Attrition model, revamping the training methodology by leveraging on gamification methods to bring about a more engaged platform targeting the millennial population, and leading the people stream for Agile@scale transformation within the business. Arpitha holds a PGDHRM degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BE degree in Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore Institute of Technology.
