Arsh Kaushik is a final year computer science engineering undergraduate who has a passion for product design and coding. He is a self-taught product designer who uses design as a tool to translate complex problems into engaging experiences by creating innovative solutions that inspire and foster memorable relationships between the product and its users. With a collaborative approach, Arsh believes in creating designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-friendly. Currently working as a Product Designer at Scaler Academy, Arsh has secured the 3rd position in an in-office hackathon where he redesigned the online entrance test experience to reduce 80% drop-offs. He has also migrated designs from XD to Figma and arranged them as per the new design system changes. Additionally, he has fixed inconsistencies in Scaler US website and audited the input fields for building the design system. Arsh has previously worked as a Product Designer at Offcampus and Apni Kaksha. He has a diverse range of interests and enjoys discussing design, software development, books, psychology, stock market, business, and new products in the market. In his free time, Arsh can be found reading a book or playing with his pet dog 'Shaggy'. Arsh has completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with Specialization in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from SRM University, Sonepat, Haryana. He also holds a High School Diploma in Non-Medical with Information Practices from Gateway International School, Sonepat, and completed his schooling from Rishikul Vidyapeeth, Sonepat. Arsh's tech stack includes expertise in product design, Javascript, and software engineering. He has relevant experience of 1.18 years in the field of product design. Arsh is a creative and innovative designer who is always looking to learn and grow in his field.
