Arshad Aziz is a Principal Technical Engineer with a strong background in cloud-native development. With almost 9 years of relevant experience, he has a demonstrated history of managing SaaS production applications availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning. Arshad is currently working as a Senior Technical Engineer (Cloud Native Development) at Red Hat, where he is responsible for leading the development of cloud-native applications and infrastructure. Prior to joining Red Hat, Arshad worked as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Zycus, where he embraced the challenge of leadership and led a team of highly-skilled, motivated, collaborative, and brilliant folks in the SRE domain. He also mentored and influenced young minds to practice Site Reliability principles and practices. Before that, Arshad worked as a System Engineer - Middleware & DevOps at TCS, where he performed CI/CD rollouts and performance tuning of new applications, implemented N-Tier architecture with proper communication to be established between all architectural layers, and drove the disaster recovery project for all enterprise applications. Arshad has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He also holds a H.S.C degree from The MLG High School & Jr. College and a S.S.C degree from Tehzeeb High School. Arshad has a strong tech stack, including SRE, product management, DevOps, CI/CD, and web technologies. Arshad is a highly skilled technical engineer with a passion for cloud-native development and infrastructure. He is an expert in managing SaaS production applications and has a track record of delivering high-quality results.
