Arshad Nazeer is a Senior Software Engineer and Android Developer with over 9 years of experience in the software development industry. He has a keen eye for technical conveyance and is proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications primarily using Java, Android, Kotlin, SQL, and other related technologies. Arshad is always striving to write good quality code and provide the best of logical and analytical disposition of work. Currently, Arshad is working as a Senior Android Developer and Technical Lead for Kaiser Permenete at HCL. He is responsible for delivering leadership, timeline management, analyzing and optimizing the code base. Arshad also provides technical conveyance to the client during the design and development of the application. He works closely with software project managers, solutions architects, and testing departments. Arshad is also responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end components related to video playback. Prior to his current role, Arshad worked as a Lead Application Developer at Sony, where he developed insightful knowledge of business process analysis and design. He was specialized in application-based process re-engineering, process customization, and process optimization, providing technical solutions from stability prospective. Arshad also worked as an Android Engineer at Integra Micro Software Services, where he was responsible for providing high-speed deliverables for powerful application-based clients. Arshad holds an Associate’s Degree in Biology, General from St. Joseph's College, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from YDIT, and an SSLC from The Oxford Institutions, Bangalore. In addition to his technical skills, Arshad is also a fitness influencer and a volunteer for the Google Agency Program.
