Arshdeep Singh is a skilled Software Engineer with over 2.7 years of relevant experience in the field. He completed his M.Sc in Computer Science from the University College Dublin and has a good command of Python, Javascript, and other programming languages. He is also a quick learner and can adapt to new languages easily. Arshdeep has collaborated with Microsoft on a software project and has interned with various organizations, gaining transferable skills such as stakeholder management, gathering technical requirements, working with clients, organizing and leading teams, and strong communication skills. Currently, Arshdeep works as a Software Engineer at Ericsson, Ireland, where he is the Tech Lead for establishing E2E CI/CD pipelines for releasing software to customers. He works closely with managers, stakeholders, product owners, and external customers to set up infrastructure and create an architectural flow to connect the two sites in Ireland and the USA. He also contributes to the development of a MEAN stack tool called 'Resource Pooling Tool,' which is used by other teams internally. The project manages the state of the environments when going through pipeline executions, stores information, and helps in tracking the usage in the CI/CD pipelines. Arshdeep has also automated General Acceptance Tests (GAT) documents and is currently supporting and working on pipeline architecture, observability, and pipeline automation across several areas. In the past, Arshdeep has worked as a Gaming Booster Mentor at Girlscript, where he wrote creative articles on ongoing technology changes and advancements, edited articles, and drafted the layout of the magazine. He has also worked as a Customer Assistant at Circle K, where he attended to customers, advised them on the right products for purchase, managed cash and card transactions, and dealt with customer queries and complaints.
