Arshin J. is a skilled software engineer with over 8 years of experience in building intelligent products across web, mobile, and wearable/emerging technologies. With a full-stack experience and specialization in mobile/iOS and human-centered design, he is currently working as an iOS Engineer at tripactions, where he contributes to the iOS Engineering, Liquid team. Arshin has previously worked as an HCI Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where he built data-driven interfaces using React, NextJS, and MongoDB. He worked on the Android Network Tracing Project, which aimed to show what kind of data is collected through different Android apps and by whom. Arshin's tech stack includes HTML/CSS, React, NextJS, Node/Express, MongoDB, and he deployed the project at Heroku (MERN Stack). Arshin has also worked on the IoT Hub Project at Carnegie Mellon University, where he focused on privacy and security challenges with design and engineering work around IoT devices. He primarily contributed towards the engineering efforts, particularly mobile app development. His tech stack included Python/Django server, Native Mobile Apps (iOS / Android), Raspberry Pi, IoT devices (ex: smart lights, cams, voice assistants, etc).
