Arshiya Ahuja is a highly motivated and passionate software engineer with 2.69 years of relevant experience. She is a graduate of B.Tech in Computer Science with Specialisation in Cloud Computing and Virtualisation Technology from UPES and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northwestern University. Arshiya is a GHCI’19 Scholar and a former Vice-chairperson of UPES-ACM. Arshiya is currently working as a Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University where she has developed a generic chatbot building platform. The PoC is currently integrated with Dialogflow and aims to provide an integrated platform with all available features and common pricing for Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, and IBM Watson. She has used Node.js, MySQL, Sequelize, and Postman for API integration. In her previous role as a Software Engineer - Applications at ZS Associates, Arshiya assessed and highlighted the impact of impending e-Privacy Directive on global business. She also drafted a comparison between two major laws in privacy landscape: Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation. Arshiya has also worked as an Intern at Perennial Systems where she developed a generic chatbot building platform. She has a strong technical background in Software Engineering, NodeJS, Javascript, MySQL, and Integration. Arshiya is an ardent problem solver and her primary goal is to improve human lives while creating business value. She has a passion for learning and is always looking for new challenges to broaden her knowledge and skills. Arshiya is a dedicated team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
