Arshiya Ojha is a National Pistol Shooter and an experienced strategic planner with a demonstrated history of successfully launching startups and in-depth work in the marketing and advertising industry. She is a strong professional skilled in Strategy, Project Management & Brand creation, who has led teams to achieve business goals for multiple clients simultaneously. Her training and degree in criminology makes her well-versed in behavioural profiling, necessary for customer understanding and retention, while the one in engineering places her in a position to understand and deal with a diverse portfolio of products and services. Currently, Arshiya is working as a Research Internship at the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), where she has learned the basics of security management at DMRC, analyzed the workings of various frisking tools alongside the handling of threat situations and the importance of profiling in terror assessment. She has also learned the importance and working routine of the BDDS, the QRT, the ATS and the Dog Squad units. In the past, Arshiya has worked as a Research Internship for the Government of India, where she worked on the security strategies for bordering North Eastern States of India, security management for insurgency-affected internal security problems in Nagaland, in collaboration with Central Reserve Police Force, and smuggling and drug control issue study for the states of Tripura and Manipur. She has also worked as a Masters Student at Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, where she is currently pursuing Master of Arts in Criminology with a specialization in Security Management. Arshiya has a Program Diploma in Business Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), a Master of Arts in Criminology from Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, a Post Graduate Certification in Forensic Science and Technology from International Forensic Science, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU), and a XII Standard in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Painting from Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj.
