Arshya Gupta is a passionate and proactive Human Resources Executive with a diverse background in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. With over 4 years of relevant experience, she has honed her skills in managing large teams and organizing events. Arshya started her career as a Systems Engineer with Infosys Limited in Mangalore, where she worked for a year before deciding to develop her managerial skills. She joined DataToBiz as a Human Resources Intern, where she had the opportunity to learn and explore all the HR domains, including recruitment, employee engagement, and learning and development. She is currently working as a Human Resources Executive at DataToBiz, where she is responsible for managing the core HR domains. Apart from her professional work, Arshya is also passionate about working for society. She is a core member of the NGO "WeInitiate" for four years, where she has been involved in many events like Medical Camp, Cloth Donation Drive, and Road Safety. She has also been a Strategic Manager for the same. Arshya's goal in life is to excel in her career and grow as a person. She is a continuous learner and loves to explore new things. She has a Master's in Business Administration from IILM and a Bachelor's in Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Chitkara University. Arshya is a well-rounded individual who loves to read novels, listen to music, and engage in physical activities like aerobics, gyming, or zumba. She is also interested in quilling.
