Artem Sychov is a result-oriented Engineering Manager with over 10 years of management experience. He excels in building offshore and onsite teams and has deep practical knowledge in leadership and motivation. Artem has extensive experience in R&D, Product Development, Engineering, QC, and a full cycle of delivery. Currently, Artem is a Senior Engineering Manager at Corva, where he herds kottans in scale. Prior to this, he worked as a Research and Development Engineering Manager at Playtika, where he led a team of 21 talented engineers working on Slotomania and other products. At Playtika, Artem focused on building and creating a great, open-minded, respectful, and warm culture, where everyone could work together towards common goals. He believes in management by example and servant leadership, working with empathy and curiosity as his most important tools. Before joining Corva and Playtika, Artem was an Engineering Manager, Data Lake Infrastructure and Application at Exabeam. He was responsible for the personal development and regular feedback for a team of 12 engineers, promoting and implementing engineering best practices within the team, and building a culture of ownership and autonomy. Artem moved the team to Agile and Scrum to move quicker and provide expectable results. Artem holds a Specialist degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, where he studied from 2002 to 2007. He also holds a Computer Science degree from Kottans, where he studied from 2012 to 2014. Artem's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Research Scientist, and infra.
