Arthur Nez is a highly skilled Technical Lead with over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he works at Amperity as a Technical Lead for Customer Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting multiple instances of Amperity, a cloud-hosted Machine Learning database solution, for enterprise customers. He is also an expert in in-depth analytics of very large data models with hundreds of millions of rows. Arthur is proficient in ETL development using Linux scripting, REST API's, Python, multiple SQL dialects, and the AWS CLI. Additionally, he has extensive experience in customer-facing responsibilities such as requirements gathering and technical discovery, client training and enablement, demo and presenting solutions to executive stakeholders. Prior to his current role, Arthur worked at Apptio as a Senior Consultant. Here, he independently directed multiple, concurrent Apptio implementation projects. He worked closely with customers to design cloud-hosted business intelligence solutions that address financial and operational use cases for CIO’s and CTO’s of large corporations and government agencies. Arthur is an expert in using ETL and data integration to design data warehouses that combine IT operational data (from CMDB systems) and financial data (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to perform IT service cost analysis. He is also a global SME for Apptio’s cloud (AWS and Azure) practice, working directly with product management teams and other consultants in the field on cloud-related initiatives and enablement. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western Washington University. He is highly skilled in a range of technologies including AWS, SQL, ETL, Python, ML, product manager, Azure, and Integration. Arthur is a Senior Software Engineer with excellent presentation skills as well as programming, troubleshooting, and analysis expertise. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work that addresses the client’s use case, follows best practices and meets milestones on time and on budget.
