Arthur Xu is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for blockchain technology. With over 10 years of experience in Linux platform development and 9 years in telecom network protocols, Arthur has developed a broad range of skills in distributed, real-time, and high-performance data systems. He is proficient in C++ programming language, C++ Object Model, and Object-Oriented Design (OOD), as well as familiarity with Python, NodeJS, and JavaScript. Arthur is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Arista Networks, where he continues to develop his expertise in blockchain technology. He is proficient with solidity Smart Contract over Ethereum, web3.js, and has a strong understanding of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Arthur is also a certified Machine Learning professional from Coursera and has experience in REST API interface design and rethink-db (NonSQL). In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at Empirix, Arthur developed a high-performance real-time telecom network diagnose system in C++. He architected the core module to scale and improve the packet analyzing performance, designed and managed the implementation of the high-performance, scalable packet recording module, and saved a big dollar contract by addressing key issues under high-pressure environments. He also developed a network traffic monitoring solution, including the SS7 and 2G/3G/4G data protocols, and implemented the Gb interface monitoring module, including the state machine, deciphering, and more. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
