Arti Radadiya is a highly motivated and collaborative User Experience Designer with 4.5 years of work experience on 30+ versatile projects across Healthcare, IT, EdTech, Natural Resources, and Events. She believes in the process of design to create an impactful solution and is passionate about solving real-world problems using user experiences and interfaces that people would love to use. Currently working as a Designer at UrbanNaps, India’s First Smart Napping Pod, Arti has designed a PWA app to translate strategic goals into online and offline business and enhanced user experience by optimizing remote control device design for smart nap pod entry. In her previous role as a User Experience Designer at Connect Lab, Arti led the redesign and rebranding of the company's website and brainstormed, prototyped, and designed clients' projects in collaboration with the founder and tech team. She also spearheaded design strategies in a 3 membered team for Connectedminds.ai, a mental wellbeing platform, and collaborated with CTO, founder, tech team, and mental health experts to understand UX problems improving user engagement. For Midigi World, an Indian students’ E-Learning platform, Arti incorporated design decisions by liaising with 6 stakeholders for requirements gathering, competitive analysis, create IA, user personas and wireframes, and evaluated the branding, products, and company details to create a new style guide, present alternative styles and dashboard designs researching 1000+ learners. As a Graphic-UI Designer at Hubilo, Arti crafted 50+ 360° marketing materials including banners, corporate presentations, sales materials, E-books for a variety of social impact campaigns, and boosted a 15% increase in reach. She fostered collaboration and consistent deliveries across content and marketing teams to create visual solutions and reduced 20% sprint time. Arti holds a Master's degree in M.Sc.(IT) from Dhiru Bhai Ambani Institute and a BCA in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from GLS University. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate Program in User Experience Design from Humber College and will be starting her Interactive Media Management-Interaction Design degree at Conestoga College in January 2022.
