Arulkumar M is a Technical Specialist at Nokia with over 18 years of experience in the field of software engineering. He possesses expertise in Core Java Development work and has a very good knowledge of the North bound Interface of EMS. He also has a strong understanding of full SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Arulkumar is skilled in troubleshooting Memory/ Performance intensive Java application processes by using profilers. Arulkumar has traveled to the USA, China, and Spain to provide support for customer escalation issues. Currently, he is working as a Scrum Lead of the Wireless Media Server Management feature in a 6-member team for the second phase. He is also the single point of development contact for inter-team testing as well as customer testing for this product. In his past roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Arulkumar was a Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. He was involved in the customization of OMC-RAN product for CTC and KDDI customers in a 2-member team and completed the activities on time. He also implemented the License Provisioning module, which is the first kind of OMC-RAN product. Arulkumar designed and implemented the Performance management NBI module single-handedly, which is the first kind of OMC-RAN. He also designed the NBI Adapter from scratch with high quality, which started with 3GPPR7, CTC 2.0, and supported CTC 2.1, CTC 3.0, CTC 3.1 standards later. Arulkumar resolved many customer field issues with quick turn-around time for almost a year as a lone developer contact and received many appreciations from customer interfacing teams. Arulkumar holds a B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. His tech stack includes Java, Senior Software Engineer, product manager, and Software Engineer. Arulkumar has a strong ability to translate business needs to technical requirements and possesses the ability to work with different teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
