Arun Kumar Singh is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in testing and supporting various large-scale enterprise applications. As a Freelance Consultant, he has set the benchmark for the quality of products and is passionate about solving complex problems and learning new things. During his career, Arun has worked as a UAT Test Engineer for 16 months and as a Functional and Automation Test Engineer for over 5 years. He has exposure to domains like e-Learning, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Production Accounting. Arun has a deep understanding of business requirements and is skilled in providing solutions to critical escalations, performing regression testing, ad-hoc testing, and automation testing using Selenium and UFT. Arun is experienced in working with Agile practices and has proficiency in preparing test scenarios, writing test cases, test case reviews, test data collection, test case execution, analyzing test results, and defect reporting. He has attended SCRUM calls, standup meetings, and performed peer reviews, sprint planning, deciding bug priority and severity, and preparing test strategy for test coverage.
