Arun Sreelalan Iyer is an experienced Product Manager and Consultant with over 11 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as the Principal Technical Product Manager - Lead at Bajaj, where he is responsible for leading the technical product management for the consumer-facing app of a healthcare-tech startup. Arun has a diverse skill set that includes B2B and B2C product management, process optimization, analytics, and robotic process automation (RPA). He has presented keynotes at NASSCOM industry events and conducted workshops and seminars at ed-tech startups for Product Managers. He has also mentored a team of 4 new Product Managers on improving their hard Product Management skills. Arun has worked with several organizations in the past, including UiPath and McKinsey. At UiPath, he served as the Sr. Product Manager and was responsible for developing an analytics platform to derive insights from business and operational KPIs of RPA. He also worked on a process mining solution to discover and automate workflows. At McKinsey, Arun was a Product Management consultant for an omnichannel digital platform for a large public-sector bank in India. Arun has a strong educational background, having completed his PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RVCE. He also has a diverse tech stack that includes product management, design, integration, UI, Android, iOS, mobile, web, and AI. Throughout his career, Arun has designed customer experience journeys and analytics-driven customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns. He has also shipped several products and features for mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web. He is an expert in RPA and product leadership in product startups, IT, BFSI, and healthcare domains. Arun has set up product management principles and process interventions for reliability, throughput, and growth.
