Arun Alagesan is an experienced IT professional and a diversified Solution Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions for complex Information Systems. Currently, Arun is working as a Development Manager at Genesys, where he manages the Core Engineering team for the development and support of the Speech and Text Analytics Application. Arun is often involved in Site Resiliency Engineering Board for doing RCA, Blame Storming, and implementing mitigation plans. Arun has previously worked as an Architect, Technology at Cognizant, where he partnered with Microsoft consulting to arrive at large scale deployment architecture of TFS ALM across Geo locations. He has also provided technical solutions and architectural solutions for medium to large scale applications. At Verizon, he worked as a Technical Lead and designed and architected the Data warehouse modal for the Call Center Analytical Intelligence Engine. Arun has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Vel Tech. His TechStack includes AWS, SRE, Azure, Software Engineer, AngularJS, Senior Software Engineer, Research Scientist, DevOps, infra, dotNET, qa, ASP.NET, Web, Data Warehouse, test, and VueJS. He has a deep understanding of containerization, performance, and optimizations.
