Arun Bharathan is an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition with over 15 years of experience in the field. He is currently working at Cashfree, where he is responsible for hiring sales professionals for emerging businesses, merchant onboarding, customer success, and risk and compliance. Throughout his career, Arun has been involved in acquiring the best talent in the market for his organization. He is skilled in implementing effective processes and programs to manage modern business systems in challenging and diverse environments. He has also been a key contributor to organizational development, growth, and strategic decision-making. Prior to his current role at Cashfree, Arun worked at udaan and medlife, where he held positions as Talent Acquisition Manager and Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition, respectively. At these companies, he was responsible for creating networks with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events, determining current staffing needs and presenting forecasts, performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs, planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes, and conducting training sessions for recruiters on recruitment techniques, such as screening, sourcing, negotiating, and social media recruiting via LinkedIn and Facebook. He also undertook several steps to ensure a positive candidate experience and assisted in employee retention and development.
